The Thailand Elite Visa, a long-term Thai visa granted under the Privilege Entry Visa Program managed by Thailand Privilege Card Company Limited. This subsidiary is wholly owned by the Ministry of Tourism and Sport.
The program’s purpose is to promote Thailand to wealthy and high-earning foreigners by issuing a privilege-entry visa. This visa allows you to apply for a long-term multiple-entry visa and allow you to stay in Thailand for up 20 years. These include digital nomads who do not want to perform visa runs, retired people who don’t want the complicated regulations constantly changing, investors, and businesspeople who have to travel frequently in Thailand.
What are the Thai Elite Visa Benefits
The Thai Elite Visa has a 5-year renewable multiple entry visa and an extendable 1-year stay per entry.
Thai Elite visa holders can stay in Thailand uninterrupted without being required to leave the country each 90 days or complete visa runs.
Thailand Elite Visa holders will have their 90-day reporting to the Thai Immigration required.
Thai Elite Visa holders will receive expedited visa processing and immigration formalities when they arrive in Thailand.
Thai Elite Visa holders can also enjoy additional benefits like airport transportation and complimentary golf; annual hospital check-ups and spa treatments; and a host other shopping, resort, and dining experiences.
What are the requirements for Thai Elite?
These qualifications must be maintained by the applicant for Thai Elite Visa:
Holder of a foreign passport
A Thai immigration law allows the applicant to stay in Thailand.
Except for Elite Ultimate Privilege (which requires you to be at minimum 20 years), there is no age limit.
A judgment of conviction to imprisonment is not required in any other country than for an offense relating to negligence.
Not being adjudicated bankrupt
Not having been declared a person with unsound mind or incompetence.

It costs 600,000. Thai baht per year with no additional fees
Upgrade to Elite Ultimate Privilege
No age restrictions; members are free to be as old or young as they like
Elite Family Excursion (minimum of 2 persons)
Thai Elite Visa valid for 5 years
It costs 800,000. Thai baht per year with no additional fees
An additional family member is charged 300,000.
Elite Family Alternative
The validity of your membership is for 10 years
The Elite Visa has a validity period of five years, which can be renewed every five years.

A fee of 700,000. Thai baht is charged for each additional member of the family.
Elite Privilege access
The validity of your membership is for 10 years

The membership validity period is 20 years

Elite Ultimate Privilege
Membership validity for up to 20 years
It is 2.14 million Thai baht, with a 21400 Thai baht annual fee.
The Elite Visa has a validity period of five years and is renewable for an additional five years
The members must be older than 20 years.
Elite Family Premium
This applies only to Elite Ultimate Privilege member’s family members
Membership fee 1,000,000 Thai baht and an annual fee 10,000 Thai baht
