This page contains all the information you require to learn about the mindfulness retreat, such as transport options, what you need to bring along and the schedule for the day of the retreat.

What are the primary advantages of attending a retreat?

The most frequent feedback we’ve received from past participants is that the most important advantages are:

Learn essential techniques to ‘tame your mind’s thoughts to live your life without stress and overcome negative thoughts and beliefs that could hinder your progress.
Learn to meditate and incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine so that you can reach that peaceful place when you live your daily life.
Enjoy a walk in the fresh air to rest, eat a healthy food , and feel like your batteries are recharged.
Determine what your “true north’ is through identifying your core values and ways to live a life that is truly meaningful’.
You’ll notice less reactivity, a better mood, and better relations after returning home.

I’m still learning about mindfulness, would a mindfulness retreat be appropriate for me?

The retreat is appropriate for people of all levels even if you’re new to the whole thing.

This retreat will allow you to dive into mindfulness and the Art of Mindful Living. The retreat will be held in this format of five days to make the most of the time spent building, strengthening and improving your mindfulness abilities and also taking time away from all distractions and just being.

Like learning how to ride a bicycle is a process that requires a lot of time and effort to master mindfulness, as well as the other techniques that you’ll learn. It’s not enough just to study about mindfulness or spend just a few hours studying. Learning new skills requires time, and the five-day format allows you to build or greatly improve you mindfulness practices.

After you have left the retreat after 5 days of mindfulness, it will feel as if it’s second nature. You will be able to feel the positive effects of the retreat once you go to your home.

The five days of training will provide you with the techniques and practices that you require to feel at ease in integrating mindfulness and meditation into your daily routine so that you live without stress and strain and more of fulfillment and peace.
